Data processed

Account and verification data, security logs, encrypted IMAP credentials, message and attachment backups, storage and retention metadata, Telegram identifiers when linked, and consented aggregate Analytics data.

Purpose

Data is used to create and browse requested archives, secure accounts, enforce limits and retention, send enabled notifications, and operate the service.

Retention and deletion

Standard non-permanent backups expire after 30 days under current settings. Temporary exports expire after the configured TTL. Final deletion and legal-retention procedures require validation before public launch.

Analytics

Google Analytics loads only after optional consent. The application does not intentionally include email addresses, subjects, attachment names, or mailbox contents in Analytics events.
